Jeff is a great husband and father to two wonderful step boys, and coaches them in soccer and martial arts. His passion for helping people doesn’t stop with adults, but translates down to our youth as well. People don’t become obese overnight, and a lot of it starts in our childhood, so he works with 10 local charities to promote 5K races to help spread the word of how important it is to be healthy and to have a healthy lifestyle at a young age.
