Thai was a 6-month old baby when his parents fled persecution after the Vietnam War, they survived the terrifying boat journey and made it to refugee camp in Indonesia before being accepted into Australia. He’s been on a journey of self-discovery ever since. Having been a 5-Star chef who’s cooked for celebrities, an international rugby player and kick boxer, Thai is now finishing his first book.
