Born in Japan, raised in India and Thailand, Delara moved to the United States for college. She has a BS in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Michigan. For the last fourteen years she has had a variety of roles within the pharmaceutical industry, beginning with lab reasearch and moving to managing manufacturing activities.
