I first heard of 2 billion Under 20 when I met up with one of my good friends in New York City. He told me he was involved with a group capturing some amazing stories from difference makers who were all 20 and under. I was 24 at the time but I knew I had to meet the people behind this movement so I asked for an introduction and the rest as they say is history.
I met up with both Stacey and Jared separately and we quickly found that we had a lot of synergy. They both told me about the book they were producing which would feature 75 of the most amazing millennials/Gen Zers who were doing their part to make an impact in the world.
After two years of hard work, their book is launching today and I encourage you all to grab a copy! I have mine and trust me when I say it’s a refreshing read. In it you’ll find out about how millennials from all over the world are not “lazy and entitled” but rather “curious, worldly individuals itching to change their environment for the better”. Think of it as a Chicken Soup for the Soul type of book in which you’ll read stories of perseverance, success, failures and life in general.
Grab a copy of the book and listen to our conversation here or below.
